Our Client seeks to recruit a self-motivated, challenger sales trained and proven professional to join our sales team. The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the suite of products and services offered by our client. Experience in complex sales to the C-level is a must have.


  • Sell comprehensive suite of products to attain assigned quota
  • Net new sales
  • Collaborate with solutions consultants and operations team to understand customer requirements to assist with promoting product offering
  • Develop, present, and respond with solutions/proposals specific to customer requirements
  • Self- initiated prospecting via marketing campaigns, phone canvassing, and other strategic methods
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors and relevant information
  • Update and maintain Salesforce.com with all activity, forecasts, and KPI data
  • Participate in Company sponsored training seminars to become familiar with all product lines
  • Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products and to learn about industry developments


  • Bachelors degree
  • Complex selling experience
  • Knowledge of web enabled software technology with emphasis on (on-premise vs hosted environments)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and conducting C level presentations
  • Fast paced, energetic and positive attitude while interacting with both prospects and internal staff at all levels
  • Ability to understand business challenges and articulate product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Up to 50% overnight travel required throughout sales territory
  • Experience working in a virtual environment
