Our client is looking for a Controller that will direct all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and accounting procedures of the company. This position will be responsible for all internal financial reporting requirements as well as external financial reporting required by external CPA’s, investors and lenders. This position will also be responsible all assuring compliance with all tax requirements. The Controller will lead the accounting department and report directly to CEO of the company.


  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for the implementing and oversight of all accounting policies, procedures and internal controls within the accounting department as well as with all company departments
  • Monitor, forecast and report all cash flow activity on a daily and monthly basis
  • Responsible for all budgeting, financial forecasting and report variance analysis
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and inventory controls
  • Manage and comply with all local, state and federal tax reporting requirements
  • Coordinate all external financial reporting requirements as required by the company CPA’s and external investors/lenders
  • Coordinate external audit compliance as necessary
  • Maintain all accounting records and documentation
  • Direct all activities of the accounting department
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the CEO and General Manager


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant controller experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Ability to work and problem solve independently
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
