The Controller provides accounting leadership and helps business partners make informed business decisions while maintaining accounting compliance. You will improve the company’s financial environment and effectively help prepare and position the company to accommodate future growth, both organically and through acquisitions while continuing to develop world-class accounting and reporting processes.


  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee to establish long-range fiscal priorities for operations and capital expenditures for the agency
  • In coordination with senior managers, establish and maintain financial objectives and policies, and draw up annual budgets and projections
  • Oversees the activities of the Accounting Team for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly
  • financial statements, and annual audits and annual budgets, timely issuance of Job Cost Financials, Project Management Reports and Company monthly Financial Statements including
  • appropriate analysis
  • Responsible for accurate and timely cash flow projections, financial, and other reports as required for internal management
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Advise management on effects of economic changes
  • Coordinates annual review and tax preparation with CPA Firm
  • Establishes and maintains corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal control
  • Act as liaison with internal managers and payroll software provider


  • CPA
  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 10 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of commercial lease and real estate entity accounting
  • Detailed-oriented and extremely organized
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
