Brand Marketing Manager

Our client is recruiting for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their creative growth team! In this role you will be responsible for owning their brand strategy and measuring the impact of their brand on the company’s performance. You will report to and collaborate daily with the company’s VP of Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be part of the cross-functional team to conceive and execute marketing programs (i.e. Paid Social campaigns, Partnerships, Influencers campaigns, TV, Radio)
  • In strong collaboration with the Brand Design team, you will be accountable for the consistent application of the brand strategy across the organization
  • Lead efforts to measure the impact of Brand on the company performance via Brand Tracker, relevant studies, and other tools or techniques
  • Be an active player in our Retail/Wholesale task-force and make significant decisions about product and brand placement
  • Translate market trends and market information into recommended applications in product development
  • Expands brand presence in current customer channels, while significantly strengthening/building brand presence with consumers
  • Develop and communicate positioning and relevance for product, segment, brand and price point
  • Translate business department objectives and strategies to prepare brand portfolio objective, plans, strategies to facilitate the growth of these business units
  • Launch and grow Offline Marketing channels such as TV, Radio, Out-Of-Home, Direct Mail, Gift Cards
  • Develop an ongoing organizational design to support growth


  • 3+ years marketing experience, including experience in the CPG space
  • Strong understanding and experience in brand measurement tools
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution
  • Creative, analytical, innovative, team-player, multitasking self-starter
  • Intellectual curiosity and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • BA/BS degree, Masters preferred
  • Solid planning and organizing skills
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize a spectrum of needs and meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
